Rob Ross Hendrickson, Esquire
GENERAL
Practicing in Baltimore City, in the well known firm of Boyd, Benson, and
Hendrickson, Mr. Hendrickson provides a variety of legal services, primarily
for health care practitioners and consumers. During the legislative session,
he devotes full time to legislative and legal affairs in Annapolis.
SPECIALIZATION
Hendrickson collaborates with Capital Consultants on various issues. With
agreement by clients, we join forces to serve a single client, and bring our
diverse skills and abilities to bear on the client's goals. This allows the
client to draw upon a variety of services to meet the client's particular
needs with minimal cost.
Hendrickson has specialized in corporate litigation, general practice, property and casualty law, and for 20 years, has also specialized in professional practice issues of health providers, in particular, the 55,000 Registered Nurses in Maryland.
BACKGROUND
After completing law school at the University of Maryland, Hendrickson has
had extensive experience with the Maryland Legislature. Since in 1970, he
served first as a staff member of the Legislative Reference Department, and
since, as a legal consultant to various clients. He has maintained a strong
and well respected position with the Maryland General Assembly’s many
elected officials over the many years.
